Traditional Chinese Yunnan green tea with the addition of jasmine flower. It is an excellent proposition for heavy meals, as well as for an after-dinner siesta.

 

Ingredients: Yunnan green tea, jasmine

Recommended brewing method:

1 teaspoon of tea per cup (200 ml) of water at a temperature of about 80 degrees Celsius (i.e. about 5 minutes after boiling the water), infusion time - depending on individual preferences - from 1 to 3 minutes covered, then separate leaves with infusion. The infusion is ready!
