Traditional Earl Gray tea complemented with aromatic blue cornflower petals. It also goes great with milk and a bit of cane sugar, creating a perfect complement to everyday meals or meetings with a bit of something sweet. Earl Gray tea owes its unique taste and aroma to bergamot oil. The name bergamot was introduced by the Turks, referring to the fruit of the Prince's Pear grown in the Mediterranean zone, similar in shape to citrus fruits, with a thick, fleshy skin. It is from this skin that the aromatic oil is pressed, which is added, among others, to Earl Gray teas.
